Mr. Crayton is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, who offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking and coaching. Mr. Crayton aides personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods. Possessing a master's degree in organizational leadership and 20 years of experience in leadership training in the prison system, in corporate environments and leadership training of pastors and ministry leaders, Mr. Crayton hopes to empower clients and encourage them to enter their communities as pillars and honorable leaders.

Mr. Crayton’s passion for leadership came alive when he became more intrigued about leadership and personal development after realizing the deep and desperate need for it, not only in himself, but in his surroundings.  Through Leadership 360 LLC, Mr. Crayton desires to bring increase and advancement to clients by empowering them to discover their potential and passion and to fulfill their purpose by becoming the leaders that they were created to be.
